Solutions

One platform for the processes of every department

nexxcite isn't tied to any one business area. Leave request or capex approval, incident report or tenant portal: if a process has data, owners and rules, you can build it here in low code. If you wish, AI can take over the implementation. The twentieth process follows the same structure as the first.

  • Six core fields and as many more as you need
  • Unlimited applications
  • A workspace for every department
  • Built in low code, AI if you want it

One process after another

Why it works

Many applications, one consistent system

Unlimited applications You license the platform and the number of users signed in at the same time. The tenth process needs no additional licence.
One data model Consistently built Whether your team builds in the editor or AI takes over the implementation, everything sits in the same data model and is subject to the same permission checks.
Own workspaces Per department Their own roles, navigation, colour scheme and assistants, with strictly separated data.
Early a working version The first version is built directly on the process rather than after a requirements document.

The six core fields

The areas where most customers start

Six areas where we often come across urgent processes. For each you'll find typical workflows, detailed examples and answers to the questions people ask there.

IT service

The most common starting point, and an area where the benefit shows quickly. Incidents and service requests with deadlines in business hours, change approval by risk, devices and licences in their own data model, access requests applied directly in your directory. Once the service desk is running, other departments can use the same platform.

  • Changes
  • Assets
  • Access requests
  • Knowledge base

HR

Joiners and leavers involve several departments at once and often get stuck on coordination between them.

  • Onboarding
  • Leave requests
  • Training deadlines

Procurement and finance

The processes cross departments, and the approval rules differ from company to company.

  • Requisitions
  • Invoice checking
  • Contracts

Quality and compliance

Alongside the process itself, complete records matter here.

  • Audits
  • Complaints
  • Reports

Facilities and operations

For tasks where dates, responsibilities and records come together.

  • Maintenance
  • Fleet
  • Workplace safety

Customer self-service

Portals for customers and suppliers, in your corporate design and with exactly the data they're allowed to see.

  • Supplier portal

And beyond

The six fields are just a selection

The platform isn't tied to any business area. It works with data, forms, rules, workflows and permissions. That's why the list looks different at every customer.

Legal and contracts

Contract review with legal sign-off, deadlines, powers of attorney.

  • Contract approval
  • Notice periods
  • Power of attorney register

Projects and PMO

From project request through prioritisation to status report.

  • Project requests
  • Portfolio prioritisation
  • Status reports

Sales back office

The workflows behind the sale that no CRM fully covers.

  • Quote approval
  • Special pricing
  • Sample requests

Facility management

The everyday processes around a building, from visitor sign-in to handover.

  • Visitor registration
  • Key management
  • Office moves

Information security

An information security management system that is used day to day rather than only described in documents.

  • Risk assessment
  • Security incidents
  • Action tracking

Data protection

Obligations with deadlines, demonstrably met and kept in one place rather than across several inboxes.

  • Subject access requests
  • Data breaches
  • Records of processing

Capital expenditure

From request with business case to approval by the executive board.

  • Capex requests
  • Budget approval
  • Post-calculation

Real estate

Properties, space and leases, with a tenant portal if you want one.

  • Leases
  • Space management
  • Tenant portal

Your process isn't listed

We can check whether your process fits in a short conversation

The check takes about twenty minutes and follows four questions: which cases and objects are involved, who works with them, what triggers what, and which deadlines apply? If you can answer those, we can tell you whether it fits.

Talk about your process

How customers start

Customers start with one process and expand step by step

Hardly anyone starts with a platform strategy. It usually begins with a single process that is urgent.

  1. 01

    An urgent process

Onboarding takes too long, maintenance runs on a spreadsheet, approvals get lost in email threads. The first process should bring noticeable relief while staying manageable. We help you choose.

    • High value
    • Manageable scope
  2. 02

Built by you, accompanied by us

Your team sets up the data model, forms, workflows and roles in the editor. If you wish, AI can take over the implementation, and your team reviews the result before it is published. We accompany this first process. Along the way, your team learns the platform on a real case.

    • Low code, AI optional
    • Approval
    • Training
  3. 03

    The second goes much faster

Model, roles and habits are already in place. Our stated goal: you build the second process without us.

  4. 04

    From the third: a platform

Now the question is which other processes belong on the platform. Each department gets its own workspace, and the licence model pays off more with every additional application.

    • Own workspaces
    • No licence per application

Areas

Each department gets its own application

You divide nexxcite into areas, such as IT, HR, procurement or a portal for your customers. Each area has its own roles, navigation, design and logo, and sees only its own data. To users they are separate applications; for your IT it remains one platform.

Choose an area

Invisible to this role: HR files, purchase orders, customer data

Invisible to this role: IT tickets, purchase orders, customer data

Invisible to this role: IT tickets, HR data, customer portal

Invisible to this role: Everything internal and every other customer

Its own look

Colours, logo and light or dark display per role. The customer portal appears in your brand, IT service in its own design.

Its own navigation and home page

Every role gets its menus and its entry point. Nobody clicks through features that don't concern them.

Strictly separated data

Reading, creating, editing and deleting are controlled down to the individual record. One area cannot see another area's data.

Its own assistants

Each area gets the AI assistants and tools that suit it. They only work with that area's data.

Every department can have its own workspace, with its own roles, navigation, colour scheme and logo, home page, AI assistants and strictly separated data. Users work in separate applications, while your IT looks after one platform.

How workspaces work

Questions

What people ask before the first process

Does nexxcite come with ready-made solutions for these areas?

nexxcite doesn't prescribe a process model you have to follow. Your team maps its own workflow in the editor: data model, forms, workflows and roles. If you wish, AI can take over the implementation, and your team reviews and approves. The result is your own process.

Where should we start?

With a process that is urgent but manageable. Often it's a spreadsheet whose loss would do the most damage, or an approval that sits in inboxes. We help you choose, as the choice matters for the whole project.

What does each additional process cost?

No extra licence. You license the platform and the number of users signed in at the same time. Any number of applications is included.

If every department builds its own, won't things get out of hand?

No. Everything sits in the same data model, runs on the same platform and is subject to the same central permission checks, whether your team works in the editor or AI does. Changes are collected in drafts, approved before publishing and can be reversed.

Can departments see each other's data?

Only if you want them to. Workspaces can be fully separated, so that one sees nothing of another. This applies to the user interface, the interface to other systems, AI assistants and automation alike.

Do we need developers?

No. Processes are configured in the editor, with help from AI if you wish. If you do want to add your own code, interfaces and scripts are available.
